Let’s Harvest Hope for Hunger This Thanksgiving

Emily Montgomery, 26, of Apex, NC, was taken Thanksgiving day of 2020 in an act of domestic violence. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday. As a part of their healing process, her family wants to help make sure no one in need goes hungry. They have decided to partner with the Apex Police Department to help InterAct feed those who are rebuilding their lives due to domestic violence and/or sexual abuse.

October is National Domestic Violence Awareness month and Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away. Please consider making a donation today. A list of needed items is attached.

The Apex Police Department will be collecting non-perishable food donations from November 1st – November 12th at the main station, located at 205 Saunders Street, Apex NC 27502.
