We are so honored to be able to collaborate on a beverage for the Lunar New Year with Komana Brewing in Cary! Komana is truly a unique local business. It’s so refreshing to be able to go into an establishment that seems to have something for everyone. For the health crowd there’s kombucha (including decaf!), for the craft brew aficionados there are delicious drinks available, even some that are gluten free! There are tons of games and great music. I wish I had learned about it earlier. If you go in you will not be disappointed! While you are there please try our homage to the year of the Yang Fire Horse, a unique and freshly fermented Kombucha collaboration between Tex from Komana, and yours truly, working alongside James, the owner. Check it out now because this is a small batch offering and will not be there for long!
