⭐ Dr. Easton Rice, DHSc, MPAS, PA-C

Clinical Director, NCCRM | Co-Founder of FertiliCheck
Women’s Health & Fertility Specialist | 28+ Years in OB/GYN

After nearly three decades in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Medicine, Easton Rice has dedicated his career to helping individuals and couples understand their fertility, optimize their health, and grow their families. Before joining NCCRM, Easton served as the Chief Physician Associate for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in Lower Manhattan, one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers. He relocated back to North Carolina several years ago, returning to the community he called home long before his time in New York. Easton graduated from Erskine College with a degree in Biology and completed his PA training at the Medical University of South Carolina. His passion for women’s health led him to earn a Master’s degree in High-Risk OB/GYN from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, followed by a Doctor of Health Science (DHSc) from Nova Southeastern University, focusing on research, education, and advanced clinical practice. Today, Easton serves as the Clinical Director at NCCRM, where he brings a blend of evidence-based medicine, compassion, and innovation to patient care. He is also the co-founder of FertiliCheck, a fertility-scoring and education platform designed to empower patients with clear, accessible reproductive health insights. His life’s work centers on improving the health, confidence, and reproductive outcomes of women and couples—one family at a time.

So grateful for moments like these — celebrating the holidays with an incredible team that feels more like family. 🎄✨

Our recent Christmas party was filled with laughter, great food, and time together outside the clinic. Seeing Dr. Toma and our team enjoying the season is a reminder that behind the work we do every day are people who genuinely care about one another — and about our patients.

Thankful for this team and all that we accomplish together. 🤍

An embryo transfer is one of the most gentle and meaningful steps in IVF.
Here’s Dr. Toma guiding an embryo exactly where it needs to be.
You’re never alone on this journey. 💛

A legacy of healing, side by side.
Dr. Toma and his daughter, Dr. Nadia Toma, working together in the OR — skill, precision, and compassion passed from one generation to the next.
Proud to have this level of expertise and dedication at NCCRM.

This Thanksgiving, I’m reminded that great clinics are built by great people.
Jenny, now in PA school, and Anna, now in medical school, were an important part of our NCCRM team — caring for patients with heart, skill, and compassion.

I’m incredibly grateful for their time with us and honored to watch them grow into the next generation of healthcare providers. 🍁✨

This picture, taken about 17 months ago, captures one of my favorite parts of the job—standing beside our IVF coordinator Carla and witnessing the joy of Victoria and Matthew after their successful IVF cycle.
Their little one is a reminder that hope, perseverance, and good medicine can create miracles. 💙✨

Behind every successful procedure is a surgeon fully invested in his patients’ future.
Dr. Toma in surgery this morning — purpose in every move, hope in every outcome.

A lot of people think fertility is only about age —
but thyroid levels, prolactin, stress hormones, inflammation, and s***m quality all matter too.
And none of them cause early symptoms.

Have you ever had your fertility checked, even just for baseline knowledge?
YES / NO — comment below.
You might be surprised how many people haven’t.

These photos capture so many chapters, and I wouldn’t trade a single one.

Came across this photo from a past Halloween and couldn’t help but smile.
Our lead MA, Atia, dressed up as me — padded belly, bald cap, glasses, and all.
Still one of my favorite NCCRM memories.
