To qualify for this position, you must possess:
• HS Diploma/GED - REQUIRED
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer facing customer service experience - PREFERRED
• Associates Degree or Certifications a plus - NOT REQUIRED
• Minimum of one (1) year of sales/phone experience - REQUIRED.
• Ability to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
• Excellent computer & typing skills.
• Strong negotiation skill
• Ability to build rapport with clients with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Following up on all unsold customers and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
• Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the client's business location.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
• Answer customer internet inquiries by both email and phone.
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments, and gauge customer satisfaction.
• Work in our call center and handle our customer contacts, service, follow-up, and lead generation.
