As a Member of Our Solution Center Team Member, You'll Receive:
A Training Rate: $18 HOUR!
An Increase to $20.00 upon successful completion of 60-day training period

ASPIRE SOLUTIONS is seeking Customer Experience Agents for our incoming lead management center. ASPIRE is looking to hire individuals NOW who have an outgoing personality, are hardworking, confident, motivated to experience an EXCITING and FUN working environment.
BILINGUAL CANDIDATES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
To qualify for this position, you must possess:
HS Diploma/GED - REQUIRED
Minimum of one (1) year of customer facing experience - REQUIRED
Associates Degree or Certifications a plus - NOT REQUIRED
Minimum of one (1) year of phone/sales experience - REQUIRED
Ability to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments
Excellent computer & typing skills
Strong negotiation skill
Ability to build rapport with clients with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Following up on all unsold customers and any special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the client's business location.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers.
Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments, and gauge customer satisfaction.
Work in our call center and handle our customer contacts, service, follow-up, and lead generation.
Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
ASPIRE SOLUTIONS will provide you with top notch training and one-on-one coaching to help you succeed.
Our Customer Experience Agents work a 5 day, 40-hr work week including Saturdays and Sundays with consecutive days off, and a 3-day weekend every month!
