Most people think massages are a luxury.. but can I ask you this, is your health a luxury? What most people don’t know is that massage has been around as early as 300 BC.. even in Native culture it’s been used for healing . I try to encourage clients to get treatments regularly try to view it as a Drs appointment for your entire health. I use our vehicles as examples we don’t change the oil ONLY when the car is broken or once a year for our birthday, we really shouldn’t flush out the toxins in our bodies in that same manner, especially now! If you don’t pay a little now to maintenance your health the odds are you’ll end up paying a whole lot later to repair it.
