Join us for a very special Sound Bath Saturday ✨ June 6 | 10:15–11:15 AM
When was the last time you did nothing for a full hour? Like, really nothing? 📵
June has a way of running away from us. This sound bath is your reason to stop. The theme is The Solar Pause — the idea that even the sun pauses at its peak, and you're allowed to do the same. Certified sound healer Melody Johnson will guide you through singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. No chanting, no posing, no pressure — just lay down and let the sound do the work.

Such a good Saturday morning with Patty’s Hot Flow! The warm up was so good, and the flow totally kicked our butts in the best way possible. It got so hot in there we could barely see each other 😂 Truly the perfect sweaty Saturday morning. Now it’s time for a Target and Starbucks run! ☕️

We’re so, so excited that Target is back in Casa Grande! We stopped in to grab our first Starbucks of what will definitely be many more in the future. We’re so happy we can now just walk over from our studio, soak up some sun, and enjoy a good coffee. Welcome back, Target — we’re excited to have you as our neighbor!

Member Spotlight: Meet Jamie! 💛

Jamie started her Love Always journey in Jeff's Gentle Stretch & Flow (as one does when easing into fitness). Then one of her friends said, "You HAVE to try Scorch & Sculpt" — and that was it. She was hooked. 🔥
She went from starting with 3 and 5 lb weights to confidently crushing it with 8s! Her strength has skyrocketed, her balance is on point, and honestly? She's having the BEST time doing it.

Jamie, you're the absolute sweetest and we're so lucky you're part of this community. We love you! 💪✨

Our beloved community member Michelle has been such a light in our studio, and right now her family needs support 💜
