Starting next week, our Monday & Wednesday Vin Yin class will begin at 4:15pm (instead of 4:00pm). Just a small shift, but we hope this new time will make it easier for some of you to join us in class! 💜

The Surrender Sound Journey: Saturday, September 27th | 10:15–11:15am with certified sound healer Melody Johnson of Essential Melodies. Join us for a deeply freeing and transformative sound bath designed to help you gently release what no longer serves you—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Through the use of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, Melody creates a soothing and immersive environment that fosters deep relaxation and meditation.
