The SIRCLE© Program was designed in New Zealand by an experienced Occupational Therapist who drew from her extensive background in [physical & psychological] Adult Rehabilitation to recognize how the body's neurological system can rewire itself to cause constant, severe pain and sleep disorders. The SIRCLE© Program is laid out to provide a specific pathway of recovery, with measurable milestones that one must meet in order to achieve their treatment goals. Cold Laser- Cold Laser Therapy is an FDA cleared modality that heals, not just manages, a variety of conditions. It has a solid record of safety in the hands of a trained Occupational Therapist. It differs from standard laser in several ways, the most prominent of which is that it utilizes controlled monochromatic light at frequencies of 630 to 950 na-nometers (nm) as the therapeutic window. Medical Massage- Medical massage is an essential component of the overall treatment program. Weakness in a particular muscles may be strengthened by working various reflexes ( lymphatic, vascular, acupuncture and pain points). This method of treatment opens the gates and enables her to choose the best massage therapy approach for each individual.
