The New Year brings about new visions, goals, and manifestations. Something I do every year is create a vision board. You’d be amazed with the power of affirmations and manifesting through intention with how much you actually accomplish by the end of the year.

I am so grateful I get to be a part of a collective like this. It has truly been a blessing to have shared this space, found my teaching, and continue to dive into the curiosities of my yoga practice.

This beautiful space will once again evolve into something new. I am excited to see where it goes, but what I’m taking with me are the friendships I’ve formed within these walls.

4 years ago .op opened its doors to the public. We are entering this 4th year in a different light as we are celebrating all that we have done for and with the Sheboygan county community while sadly closing the Co-op at the end of the 2025.

Come join me in one last fall bash in the country with some yoga, laughter, and what we all yearned for since the start…community connection.

If you are a CSY supporter this event is completely FREE!! If you have been coming to my bonfires or just wanting to drop-in the rate will be $20 for the evening. S’more’s will be provided along with chairs unless you have your own favorite.

Happy Fall Equinox 🍁🍂🍁

May you enter this next season carefully shedding and laying down the parts of you that no longer belong. It is okay to feel unsure about what the next version of yourself is going to be, but don’t let that stop you from reigning in your full authentic light. Whatever life’s transitions are working its way, know it’s meant for you and that the challenge behind it all is only meant to make you stronger. You are capable of achieving what you have dancing in your mind. Allow it to slowly dance its way to center stage with the spotlight on!

In honor of the fall equinox, if able, perhaps find a small candle or bonfire pit where you can write down the parts of your life or self that you feel are weighing you down or are outgrowing. Set them ablaze with intention, and allow the new space you’ve just created to rest, nourish itself, and be ready to bloom come the spring equinox.

Thanks to all that joined me in my Fall Equinox ceremony by the waves this Friday. It was quite the delightful experience.

Come on over for a nice fall bonfire. With the cooler nights and earlier sunsets the fire will help keep us warm and glowing as we are flowing. S’mores will be provided afterwards, all you need is a mat and a chair!

Something that I cherish about my Co-op is the fact that as teachers we make sure to be students still. We have a thing called Teacher Club and if you’re a certified yoga teacher and want to bring this coming season forth with intention and release, then come join us on the beach in Sheboygan next Friday, the 19th. S’more’s will be provided along with the sounds of the waves.
