🌿 Wellness Wednesday | Stay Healthy as the Weather Cools ❄️

As the temperatures drop, our routines — and our bodies — start to adjust. Colder weather can make it tempting to stay indoors, but it’s also a great time to focus on your immune health and self-care.

Here are a few simple ways to stay well this fall and winter:
🍲 Nourish your body: Choose warm, nutrient-rich meals like soups and stews packed with veggies.
💧 Stay hydrated: Cold air can be surprisingly dehydrating — keep that water bottle handy!
🚶‍♀️ Keep moving: Even short walks or light stretching can boost circulation and mood.
