Make your monetary vote to help us pick our 2025 Scarecrow Showdown Spectacular winners and to help us raise money for the Casey IL VFW Post 5762.
Scan the QR code, it will come up Joseph Jasmin. He is the owner of Simple Blessings and has graciously created this Venmo Especially for this event. Venmo would not allow for a name change to Simple Blessings
(We want to make sure everyone knows this is legit.)
Make your monetary vote.
In the comment section if you do not have the number( located on the back of each scarecrows venmo code but will be posted under each picture on facebook starting tomorrow afternoon), comment the company name or a brief description of the scarecrow and how much you voted. And then submit your vote. We will announce the winners at high noon on October 31st.
Starting Thursday we will also have in person polls available for anyone to vote in person here in town. There will be envelopes available and a picture boards with the scarecrows and their numbers. Just write the number and amount voted on the outside of the envelope and slip the envelope into the provided ballot box. I will have a full list of poll stations posted Wednesday afternoon.

It's scarecrow season!!!!!
I am waiting on the entry forms to arrive. I will be out and about as soon as I have them.
I hope you are all as excited and looking forward to this year as much as we are here at Simple Blessings. this year everyone has the oppertunity to join in the contest.

With Temperatures going into the dangerous triple digits over the next few days.. Simple Blessings will be opening its doors especially to our Seniors, as a cooling center.
Stop in, if you or a loved one are needing to cool off and get some rehydration.
