Holiday season and sick season are here and unfortunately that leads to an influx of no call no shows and late cancellations. I completely understand everyone is busy and mistakes happen and sometimes it is completely unavoidable. With that being said, when an appointment is missed and I am not given the opportunity to fill that spot then I am missing out on that planned income for the day. My hope in adding these new policies is to give a solid guideline to make cancellations a smoother process for both the client and myself and to help respect each other’s time.
