I will be out of the office until Feburary 17th to take a patient and dear friend out of the country for cancer treatments. The staff will be there daily to answer any questions, medication refill’s and continue to meet your healthcare needs. I will be checking in with my staff twice a day to also meet your needs. Sorry for the inconvenience, but blessed to be able to take this journey with her. Please send all the good vibes and prayers our way.

Certified Nurses Assistant/Medical Assistant: busy medical office in search of a CNA/MA. Must be professional and community oriented. Job task include but not limited to, rooming patients, recording medical information, checking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, scheduling, and referrals to specialty providers. Must be energetic and posses excellent computer skills and be a multitasker. Drop resumes off at CFMC.

Casey Family Medical is again offering School and Sports Physicals for $25 if you do not have wellness coverage. If you have insurance wellness coverage, we will bill your insurance for your convenience as most are free with your insurance plans once a year. This pricing is good until the end of August. Be sure to mention this special when you call to schedule and let us know if you want the $25 special or billed to your insurance wellness exam. How do you know if your insurance provides you 1 free wellness check a year? Call the customer service number on the back of your card and they will let you know. If yes, you pay nothing! We are here 8am-5pm and til 6pm on Tuesdays. We will work you in any day, NO specific day or time frame it’s at your convenience all summer long.
