All the connections with body and mind (not forgetting about Spirit!)...
When we have a nervous thought, does it reverberate in your heart and cause fluttering? Does it sink into your stomach and have you cave inwards? Maybe the stress weighs on your shoulders and the anger stiffens your legs and fists...
There are so many avenues to undo and clean up these harmful stress/adrenalin chemicals that overflow our system. Begin with naming the thought for what it is, or address where the pain resides in the body. Combine your methods! Do one at a time. You will hear your Spirit thanking you π
Thoughts create, they create powerful vibrations, they have an energetic pattern. This can be seen during brain imaging. Your thoughts create a symphony o f music through their vibrations.
Like most peoples I would like to believe my symphony of thoughts routinely sound like Bach or Mozart. But I know for myself- like many other honest people - that we all have times when our thoughts may sound like thunder, or have a dark undertones.
That is the time when we can dive into how those thoughts evolved, are they my thoughts, are they thoughts that someone else or media input reflected on to me? Taking the opportunity to investigate the lower vibration thoughts and feelings associated with them is very important. Once that is done, we can let them go by purposefully choosing to release them and even select to listen to joyful, beautiful music tones.
By making the choice to address the low thoughts and feelings associated with them and then listen to beautiful upbeats and happy music we can reverse melancholic thoughts into a beautiful symphony of our making!
Take notice to the the thoughts that you are holding in mind or that you are being held to and take the opportunity to revise them with music that will invigorate, energize, revitalize and uplift your thoughts and entire being to a whole new level. And enjoy this beautiful day!
