We are grateful to have had Primrose resident, Neal share his incredible stories about "The Great Freeze" from 1955-1957. Neal served in the Navy and helped build NASA’s first Antarctic Science Station, experiencing temperatures as low as -111°F! He also shared how he and his crew lived in tents until the station was complete. Today, there are 23 stations in Antarctica, and Disney even made a movie about this adventure! We are looking forward to part 2 of his presentation next month!

We celebrated National Ladies Night with lots of pink! We savored strawberry cake, pink sugar cookies, refreshing pink lemonade, and we even added a little pink wine to the fun too! Plus, our door prize went to Sharon, who wore the most pink — congrats! It was a fantastic evening of friendship and fun.
