It is with a very sad heart that I announce that PolyXtracts is closing down temporarily. We do not have enough sales to sustain our operations so we are closing pending the outcome of our court case. We truly thank you all for the support it has been a great ride! Well I am sorry to report that the court has rejected our temporary injunction. This does not mean that we have lost. This is a serious step back and it will close many shop doors and put many more people out of work but we will continue our fight. I’m sorry we will not answer any further questions at this time and will be offline to review all of our options from a business standpoint and also from a legal angle. I am truly sorry for the bad news please understand we are fighting as hard as we can for your rights.

Update: it was a long day we pled our case and await the decision on the first step in our case! The judge promised a speedy decision. We will send an update when we know more. Thank you all again for the support. The H**p Community of Wyoming was there in force today!!

We live in a society where alcohol consumption is not only legal but also socially accepted. However, cannabis, which was made illegal to protect industrial interests, not for safety concerns. According to the World Health Organization, alcohol consumption leads to an astonishing 2.6 million deaths per year. It's time for our legislators to create laws that prioritize public safety, allowing us to make our own choices. So, what happens when you consume too much cannabis? You might find yourself indulging in Doritos and Pizza and going to bed, not wrapping your car around a telephone pole at 150mph. Domestic violence calls do they happen more often with alcohol vs cannabis? NO DOUBT
