CPT’s summer youth strength class is geared towards training athletes for injury prevention and athlete development.
This class will be a fun addition to middle school and high school-aged kids programs.

The goal is to learn how to properly lift and move to decrease risk of injury during lifting programs as well as help address weaknesses that may lead to future injury.

CPT is invested in keeping Casper’s youth active and successful in all of their sports endeavors!

CPT’s summer Youth strength class is geared towards training athletes for injury prevention and athlete development.
