During the holidays, and every day, we’re grateful for the caregivers who show up with heart, patience, and compassion, even when it means being away from their own celebrations.

We’re just as grateful for the residents who fill our halls with stories, laughter, and light. You make this place feel like home.

Christmas cheer filled every corner at Casper Mountain for our early Christmas Celebrations!

Our residents and team came together to celebrate the season with good food, laughter, music, and plenty of holiday spirit.

Residents and team members faced off in a pie-eating contest that brought big laughs, messy smiles, and even bigger holiday spirit. There’s nothing like a little friendly competition to make memories and remind us how fun the holidays can be together.

Moments like these remind us that this place is more than a building. It’s a community, a family, and a home.

Thank you to our incredible staff for making the day so special, and to our residents for bringing the joy. This is what More Than Care looks like.

Teammate of the Month: Shani!

We are so proud to recognize Shani, our Director of Dietary, as this month’s Teammate of the Month at Casper Mountain!

Shani gives her whole heart to our residents, to her team, and to our entire community. She plays a major role on our L10 Leadership Team and has been a driving force behind the growth and positive changes happening in our building.

She continues to show up with a smile, grace, and a determination to lift others up.

Shani is the definition of commitment and compassion, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our Casper Mountain family.

October is Physical Therapy Month – and at Casper Mountain Rehab, we couldn’t be more proud.

Our physical therapists are the heartbeat of recovery.
They help our residents walk again, regain independence, and get back to the life they love.

Meet Fred, our resident of the week!

Fred has a passion for anything shiny, anything he can build, and anything with classic style—especially vintage cars. To celebrate him as our Resident of the Week, our team put together a surprise package filled with wood building kits, vintage model cars, figurines, and some new gear we knew he’d love.

The moment Fred opened it, his smile stretched ear to ear—and hasn’t stopped since.

This is what More Than Care looks like. It’s knowing what brings someone joy and making it part of their everyday life.
