Hello friends and welcome to my new Page! I am Ani Wa and I am officially inviting any and all humans into the sacred container of Spiritual Direction. I am a certified Spiritual Midwife (Director) trained through the Benedictine Tradition. Former Buddhist Nun and Community Leader, I am also an embodiment facilitator for somatic body/heart integration and healing work. I work with folks across the spiritual spectrum to help enliven, heal and connect bodies/spirits back into alignment with natural rhythms.
Together we will embody the method of 8 sacred rhythms as a framework for connectivity, creativity, wisdom, magic, and heart/body/soul activation. In each session, you can expect spirit-filled encounters that ignite, illuminate, and engage the inner workings and even hidden gifts of the soul.
As human beings rhythm is built into the fabric of our creation. When we tap into these naturally occurring rhythms and learn to work with these grace-filled energies, we create magic within ourselves and the world around us. 8 Sacred Rhythms works with the seasons, planetary rhythms, lunar cycles, dance/movement, body wisdom, creative practice, and more to oxygenate the glimmerings of divinity and connect you deeply to your very own vibrancy and unique energy signature.
