Shout out to the staff at the Wyoming Oil and Gas Commission!! Stephanie and Patrick were kind enough to drop off supplies from our "Wish List"! From coffee to nail polish and bird seed, they brought it! These two are also amazing volunteers. Stephanie spends time in our kitchens and Patrick brings the gift of music to our patients. Thank you so much for all of your kindness!! We appreciate you!!!

Simple steps can make the season safer and more comfortable.

• Check in often, especially during storms
• Make sure walkways and steps are clear
• Watch for signs of illness, confusion, or discomfort
• Keep medications, blankets, and warm clothing easy to access
• Ask for help when you need it
