It can be hard to lose weight at any age, but this is my journey of weight loss over 40. This page is about reaching out to my community, and helping people reach their weightloss goals thru group fitness and the support of other who have this same struggle. Please understand I am in no way a fitness professional. Any views, or statements are of my own personal experience and opinion. I struggled of my own weight issues as you can see in the pictures I have posted. I wish to help motivate other and help them. Weigh loss is successful with a great support system.
