7:30a - Alaina Binfet is leading this heated vinyasa flow to help us root into the new season. As we step into the beginning of summer, we welcome the longer days, growing energy, and abundance that this season brings. In this heated vinyasa practice, we'll begin grounded and steady, creating a strong foundation before gradually building heat, momentum, and vitality.
Flow through Earth and Water Salutations as we explore the balance between stability and fluidity - rooting down while remaining adaptable. Expect plenty of movement for the spine, opening the front body through progressive backbends, and finding focus and strength in Eagle Pose. Like the season itself, we'll move from the quiet potential of early summer into a fuller expression of energy and expansion.

9a - Join guest instructor, Connie Morgan for our LAST INDOOR Saturday 9a class for the summer. This invigorating practice builds toward Kurmasana (Tortoise Pose), exploring the balance between effort, surrender, and turning inward. Like a turtle retreating into its shell, we’ll work with the practice of pratyahara — the withdrawal of the senses — softening the noise of the external world to reconnect with ourselves more deeply. Expect a strong, intentional flow woven with breath, meditation, and moments of stillness that invite you inward.
