Updated Sliding Fee Application for 2026 🎉
Starting January 1, 2026, CHCCW is updating our Sliding Fee Discount Program based on patient feedback and regional standards. We’re excited to introduce new nominal fees for medical, behavioral health, dental, labs, vaccines, X-rays, procedures, and supplies.
