Some food for thought on “red meat/eggs and heart disease”.

The study was poorly done in the early 1900-50s. Since then they have debunked this and have found out eating red meat and saturated fats are actually good for your heart and brain!

Poly saturated fats and saturated fats are not the same. You’ll end up with heart disease from eating processed seed oils and sugars.. not eating meat or eggs. The two aren’t even comparable. Actually in the 70s when they started to this you can look at a picture of everyone at the beach and it’s a massive difference on what it is today. Heart disease, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, diabetes, mental illnesses have tripled since then. And I say “tripled” lightly.

I think this is a massive misconception in America, so again. Just here to try and spread some knowledge on some outdated studies that were pushed by the American Heart Association to push a health agenda in America. 🥰

Carnivore/ keto/ gluten-free low-carb/no-carb pancakes! They are so good, and melt in your mouth!

I would change a few things to what we did to make them more fluffy, but here is the recipe!

1/2 cup cottage cheese
3 large eggs
1 scoop of vanilla collagen Protien powder (we use ancient nutrition)
1 tsb baking powder
1 Tbsp soft butter
Sprinkle of guar guar gum or xanthym gum (apologies for my spelling) you do not need to add this if you don’t have it

3 egg white, make them fluffy with a egg be**er, then fold in!
(We didn’t do this but would do it next time)

Cook on griddle!

Top with favorite toppings. We did 100% organic maple syrup, strawberries and honey! If you give this a try, let me know what you think!

Hi friends!

This is really eye opening, and something I don’t think people realize. Sugars and seed oils are in everything! Then when we get older we are so quick to judge our genetics and not what we are putting in our bodies.

Sugars, sees oils and alcohol are the worst for you!

Your genetics may play apart but your diet and lifestyle pulls the trigger! 👏🏻

We all know someone who has suffered from Alzheimer’s or dementia, what if you can prevent yourself from getting it?

Would you try?!

Was going to do a side by side of before and after vacation, but I waited to long, and my picture (I was going to compare it to) was a few months old so I didn’t realize how much progress was there even though I couldn’t see it, and the scale for like 6 months hasn’t moved so it’s hard to track progress unless it’s physical.

BUTTTTTTTTTTTTT…….

LETS TALK INFLAMMATION! It doesn’t look like it but after vacation I had 12Lbs of INFLAMMATORY weight. I usually sit around 150 and when I got back I was at 162lbs. Our bodies fluctuate weight based on what we are putting in our bodies, and man did I feel FLUFFY. Muffins, jelly beans, bread… all the things.

I typically will get my carbs from eating things like fruits and veggies compared to grains, because grains will make me bloat and to me are extremely inflammatory. The simple fact is most grains in America are bleached, full on enriched ingredients, processed beyond belief, and just flat out not a good source of energy (in my eyes there is better ways). Eating store bought grains was never worth it for me. It was easier to cut them out then to keep them in my diet because how they made me feel. No I do not have a gluten issue… nor am I gluten intolerant.

If your not burning off carbs your body turns those like sugar… and I means breads, rices and oats. Which in return causes inflammation, and inflammation turns into things like pain, sickness, and other issues overtime if you eat to many. I also noticed a HUGE difference with my brain fog. I can now tell when I get home from a trip not because I feel fluffy because my brain feels sloggy and slow.

This doesn’t work for everyone but if you haven’t tried taking our bread, grains, and oats you might be shocked at how you feel. Your automatically going to lose 10-15lbs of inflammation your body holds on to. And I know people are like well… “I like my pasta” “bread is my favorite”, well that’s fine… look for products that are all organic and have 0 enriched products, and eat sourdough. There are ways to still enjoy food.

Just know even though you can’t see it, your extra weight is just inflammation, we all have it. And we all fluctuate. Don’t let that # on the scale fool you or make you feel any type of way. 🙌🏻💪🏻 it’s a tricky number and don’t focus on that… focus on how you feel and what makes you feel good.

Being conscious on what is making you feel good and what doesn’t should be a priority. I think people are scared to try or because they’ll miss certain foods but in reality the way you feel is so much more important at the end of the day and the only thing you’ll start to focus on once tou change your relationship with food. You need to change how you look at it from something that is pleasurable to something that is going to make you strong, fuel your energy, kick your health issues. It’ll change once you view your actual food as a way to heal yourself. Mentally, spirituality and physically. 🥰

Love you beans! You all got this and I hope this helps someone. 👏🏻💪🏻

•NO FILTER•

No makeup! Just glowy skin! I had to because of the great lighting and honestly my skin right now isn’t doing super well!

But if anyone knew me from 16-28 you probably know I suffered from pretty severe acne and cystic acne. It was a total shot to my confidence. I felt like I couldn’t go anywhere without makeup, I actually wouldn’t go anywhere without makeup. I also felt my skin tone was dull and grey, had no life to it.

But also in my 20s I ate the sh*ttiest food and drank 3-4 times a week. My microbiome was shot! I by no means was good to my body.

The more I work on my gut and eat Whole Foods the better my skin continues to get. Your body thrives off Whole Foods/carnivore/keto diet, and/or a low carb lifestyle. I promise you! Those high fats and high proteins will get your skin glowing! Also not going to lie having a A1 aesthetician on hand as a bestie is beneficial too, but it all starts from within! She definitely puts me on all the right natural products and serums!

I have tried every skin care line, medications, topicals, rodan and fields and much much more…. Until I changed what I was putting in my body my skin never changed. Until I QUIT DRINKING ALCOHOL MY SKIN NEVER CHANGED. Until I quit eating out (all those nasty seed oils), my face never quit breaking out. You can put whatever on your skin, and try and try but you need to make changes. That is the easiest, most effective way to make your skin GLOW.

There is hope friends. It just might not be on the skin care line you think. It’s definitely internal if your struggling with acne.

•WE ARE GOING ON A ROAD TRIP• off to Broken Bow, OK to see the eclipse with the family! We are staying in a cabin so we made sure we got all the food we would need for a 9 day trip! Because we eat so clean we grabbed everything we might need for the whole 9 days; that’s breakfast, lunches dinners, snacks and sweet treats!

Total cost of highest quality Whole Foods = $520 for two people this equals out to be $9 a meal per person! To eat SUPER CLEAN!

Every time you stop to grab snacks at a gas stations it’s probably around $50. Every time you go out to eat I’m sure it’s around $100+, so in my eyes and my wallet this is a significant price difference!

This also goes to show you, you can eat clean for a week with 2 people and it’s around 9 dollars a meal.

We have a grass fed, and finished wagyu steaks and bone in New Yorks, we have two nights of chicken thighs, ground bison, three pounds of ground beef, bison breakfast sausage, and venison breakfast sausage, bison hot dogs, all the produce, snack stuff and dairy.

When we go on trips we try and get air b and bs instead of hotels to cook our own food. It’s not that we don’t enjoy going out for a meal, it’s the seed oils in the food. So if we are going to splurge and cheat we will take the option of going somewhere fancy!

It is possible (but a challenge) to stay dedicated on trips. Just have to put a little effort into it.

Time and money is not an excuse here. 👏🏻💪🏻

Have no idea why my insta posts don’t transfer over but here is the post I posted last night!

Let’s Talk Fish, and how good it is for you! You guys, we should realistically be eating fish 1-2 times a week (at the least), and when I say eat fish I mean clean wild caught fish.

Fish is packed with protein, minerals and nutrients that can lower your blood pressure and reduce your chance of stroke and heart attack. It’s anti-inflammatory, high in omega-3s (good for your brain), b12 vitamins (reduces nerve inflammation), vitamin D (which manages lots of things, and it’s also immune boosting.

Type of fish, and quality of fish 100% matters. The fact that most of America (restaurants and grocery) gets our fish from other countries and farms absolutely disgusts me. If you haven’t looked up up videos of farmed fish in places like Scotland I highly recommend you do that. These fish carry multiple diseases such as chlamydia, sea lice (which kill 60% of the population, then infect the others) and well a list of other diseases I can’t even pronounce. It’s HORRIFIC!

The nice thing about Alaskan fishing, is the ban on fish farming in Alaska. Focusing on the environment on humanly catching fish. Making it way more healthier for you! Getting nutrients you need!

This meal is around 500 calories 50G of Protien 21G of Fat (clean fats) 12 Net carbs

Cream Sauce: 1/4 Cup butter, 1 Cup heavy whipping cream, half lemon, garlic (measure with your heart), Dijon Mustard, parsley 🌿

I order a subscription box from a place in Alaska, I posted the company! I spend around $145 for two people, for two months. That’s 12 pieces of fish. That’s $12 per piece of fish. I do not want to hear how expensive it is from the fact you are getting the highest quality. 👏🏻 anything less you might as well be injecting parasites. Health matters you guys… you pay for good food now, you won’t pay for medical bills later.

Let’s talk vitamins and multivitamins. 👏🏻🙌🏻 now if you ask me, I’m always going to say you should be getting most your nutritional needs from a whole food lifestyle. However that does not work for everyone.

Regular vitamins are not what you think. Some are heat pressed, some are synthetically made, some won’t even absorb into your body, some of them have fillers, some of them block others from working like they need to, ect. This is not a knock on all vitamins, but they are not all created equal. There are some very good brands and some not so good brands.

Heart & Soil uses regenerative farming, pasture raised, grass-fed organ meats and cold presses them and stores them at a perfect temperature and allows to get the benefits that organ meats have to offer, which is:
•hormonal issues (male and female)
•weight loss
•brain & mood
•gut and digestion
•Hair skin and nails

The list goes on and on! 👏🏻

Organ meats are your best way to get your full vitamins and minerals. Every other country and tribes still use every part of the cow for MEDICINE. Organ meats should be apart of meeting your nutritional needs, and if you don’t want to actually eat the organ meats, then I highly recommend taking them in capsule form! These will out preform a tradition vitamin on every level. Also comparing absorption rate from traditional vitamins, this is by far the way to go since our bodies treat it like food.

I’m beyond excited to try these!

…. And yes, this means what you think…. You need organ meats in your diet. 😎🫠

Lunch time!

Listed is how much per meal is! ($8.50 per person)
What it’s made out of!
And the macronutrients!

I toast the cauliflower sandwich rounds, because if you don’t they fall apart pretty easy from moisture. But these are great for breakfast sandwiches, lunches… anything.

Meals are simple and no more expensive than your Starbucks coffee. 🥰

(Obviously everything is broken down into isn’t exactly right to a T, because I can’t find all the exact ingredients and brands on the app so it’s as close as I can get for this meal.)

•Remember cholesterol studies were ran on horses and rabbits in the 1800s so quit looking at cholesterol and saturated fats as bad. It’s the trans fats you need to stay away from. The right kind of fats are good for your heart and brain. 💪🏻👏🏻
