✨ Setting boundaries isn’t selfish — it’s survival.
Some people thrive on control, manipulation, or pushing past limits that should never be crossed. When you begin to draw clear boundaries, you’re not being “mean” or “cold.” You’re protecting your peace, your dignity, and your mental health.
Boundaries sound like:
• “I’m not available to discuss that.”
• “That’s not acceptable for me.”
• “I will step away if this continues.”
And here’s the key: you don’t have to explain, justify, or defend those boundaries. Certain people may push back harder, but every time you hold your ground, you reclaim a piece of yourself.
💡 Remember: boundaries are not walls to keep people out. They’re doors you choose to open only to those who treat you with respect.
You are allowed to protect your energy. You are allowed to say “no.” And you are allowed to create space between yourself and anyone who diminishes your worth.
