Four days away… and I walked back into a clinic full of life 🤍
Rooms filled, laughter everywhere, clients being cared for with such intention and excellence—it was one of those moments that just stops you in your tracks.
Today at Sapphire, I saw returning clients excited about their results from their 1st week on our new skincare line, they even brought their friends up to discuss their needs with Bella, new clients trusting us with their IV wellness, an existing client who drove over an hour to see Tawnya again, and even a couple of walk-ins who were taken care of seamlessly (yes—even Botox and lip flips on the spot 👏).
This is what true teamwork looks like. I took this little video and the truth is I have several of them in my camera roll. Today I just got extra tearful watching both Tawnya and Bella providing care.
To my team—thank you. Thank you for showing up fully, for going above and beyond, for the way you care for every single person who walks through our doors. From the treatments, to the marketing, the last-minute appointments, the evening appointments, the same-day appointments, to every extra mile you go (even delivering products to make life easier for our clients)… it does not go unnoticed.
It’s a rare and incredible feeling to step away for days—or even weeks—and know that everything not only runs smoothly, but thrives.
They say you’re only as good as your team… and I truly have the best. You are the heart of Sapphire, and I’m so proud to do this alongside you. 💙
