The Fowler Center is NOW HIRING for an Equestrian Program Supervisor! 🐴

The Equestrian Supervisor is responsible for the creation and implementation of animal and equestrian programming.

They will:
- Oversee the recruitment, care, and training of horses
- Train staff and volunteers in working with horses
- Supervise barn staff who are responsible for the maintenance of the barn and its related facilities
- Schedule and maintain calendar for community riding lessons
- Develop animal programs for camp sessions and community events

The ideal candidate MUST be certified as a riding instructor or willing to become certified upon hire. ✅
