Our clients designed and colored their very own hats—and thanks to Back Alley Fibers, their creations were brought to life! 💙

This activity wasn’t just fun (although it definitely was 😄). It helped build creativity, decision-making, following directions, and pride in their work. There’s nothing better than seeing their faces when they get to wear something they imagined themselves!

We are inviting survivors to share their voices for our upcoming Sexual Assault Awareness project, “Okay, but what were they wearing?!”

We are collecting responses through a short, completely anonymous questionnaire. This survey does not collect any identifying information. Portions of the responses shared will be thoughtfully turned into visual posters as part of this project—centering survivor voices while challenging the harmful questions so often placed on them instead of on perpetrators.

If you feel comfortable, we invite you to share your story in whatever way feels right for you. There is no “right” way to respond—your words, your experience, your voice matter.

Please also consider resharing this post to help us reach as many survivors as possible. The more voices we can uplift, the more powerful this project will be.

We hope this can be an empowering and reflective opportunity—a reminder that your story is not over, it is just beginning.
