Reinforcement gets a bad reputation but it’s not about bribes or robotic compliance.
It’s about understanding what actually increases behavior and using connection, care, and intention to support growth.

If a behavior is increasing, something is reinforcing it.
The real work is noticing what and why then teaching skills so support can fade naturally over time.

It’s time to open up about our thoughts and feelings. If you know someone who seems to be struggling please take the 1st step to ask “are you okay?” it takes a lot of courage to open up but it may be the question they are waiting for someone to ask them.
