To the girl who fakes a smile around everyone who loves her so they don’t catch on to her unhappiness..... I see you.

To the girl who is afraid to wake up in the morning and go to bed at night,... I see you.

To the girl who thinks it’s her fault, he’s always mad at her.... I see you.

To the girl who loves someone deeply who physically hurts her.... I see you.

To the girl who isn’t sure who she is anymore.... I see you.

To the girl who feels like a prisoner in her own home... I see you.

To the girl who thinks she has to endure abuse so her children can have their dad.... I see you.

To the girl who thinks it’ll get better when he’s sober..... I see you.

To the girl who pretends like her world is not falling apart when she’s around others.... I see you.

To the girl who makes excuses for him so she doesn’t have to face the truth.... I see you.

To the girl who bends over backward to tell people how great he is when deep down she knows it’s a lie... I see you.

To the girl who has to convince her kids everything is going to be ok when deep down she is unsure everything is ok.... I see you.

To the girl who hides the bruises and scrapes with clothes or makeup.... I see you.

To the girl who’s isolated from people she loves....I see you.

To the girl who suffers through anxiety and PTSD from abuse.... I see you.

To the girl who’s trying to get out... I see you.

I know your struggle. I don’t judge you. I was that girl once.
I am here to help you through your journey. It is not too late to create a better life for you.
