So if you'd like a credible, scientific explanation of just why & how this Tylenol topic is blowing up (which, IMHO it needed to many years ago), Dr. Berg is someone that I find highly dependable as a doctor, researcher & teacher.
This MTHFR topic also needs to be blown-up and become MUCH more discussed as it is estimated at least 50% of all human beings are walking around with it -many are clueless that they have it and that it is the root cause of their illness(es).
In a simple nutshell, those with MTHFR have broken methylation, detoxification & folate pathways, and a liver that doesn't filter out the toxins as it should. So toxins build up, hampering numerous processes of the body.
Those with MTHFR genetic mutation ALSO have a very high rate of having other difficult genetic cofactors that make some genetically predisposed to ADHD & AUTISM.
Hence the reason why certain things like Tylenol are very hindering to many's health.
As one who discovered just a few years ago that I have it, it has made alllll the puzzle pieces finally come together for me. High liver enzymes (despite not being a drinker or medicine popper) hormone disregularities, focus/adhd struggles (and consequent, ongoing FRUSTRATION, shame & embarrassment from, I might add....), chronic depression, anxiety and fatigue plagued me.
And the only pain medicine that didn't give me vertigo or extreme nausea was Tylenol 800 for the extreme PMS pain or after-surgery pain I experienced. Little did I know it was actually making me feel worse & sabotaging my health in the long-run. 😩
It finally also made so much sense why many in my family had/have struggled with hormone, reproductive, cardiovascular & mental health disorders (and consequent unconscious self-medicating that turned into addictions).
So, YES, this is a topic I am PASSIONATE about and have consequently studied indepthly, and will continue to do so. I plan to specialize in this very topic to be able to help my communities. I am CONVINCED this is a bigger part of the equation of why so many find themselves addicted & with mental health struggles.
FOLATE (not the synthetic folic acid), the GOOD forms of B12 cobalamin (not the synthetic, CYANOCOBALAMIN), and 10,000-20,000 I.U. of Vit D3/K2 have been my daily go-to's that has -radically- improved my life.
YES, I had to do many heavy duty detoxes & parasite cleansing.
YES, I had to change my diet.
YES, I had to super-duper, clean-up my environment.
And YES, it was harrrrd.
This is just the tip of the iceberg of what all I had to relearn to find quality of life & restore my health.
And it's was WORTH IT.
What I desperately want you all to also take away from this is hot debate:
•There are 4 forms of B12.
Of COURSE they put the, synthetic, toxic form (CYANOCOBALAMIN) in most everything. Including all of American "enriched" baked goods, breakfast cereals, many sports drinks, cheaper quality B12 and B Complex formulas.
•PLEASE read your food & supplement labels and AVOID. 🙏🙏🙏
•PLEASE consider making or buying your own homemade breads & baked food with NON-ENRICHED wheat flour.
•PLEASE stop eating conventional cereals.
•PLEASE make time to get back into the kitchen & cooking most meals from scratch --as well as-- food/meal prepping.
Hopefully, FB will not shadow-ban me again, for trying to teach & speak out about this.
But YES, this Tylenol debate is very worthy and has needed to be brought to the forefront.
I am where I am at today because I have Walked the Walk.
And I am passionate --not only about cleaning up our food, medicines & ENVIRONMENT, but also about helping others as well.
