today. Staff will be collecting data on homeless individuals/families that live on our reservation.
The office will be closed today Wednesday January 22nd.

Here it is, LLHA Tenants...The Leech Lake Housing Authority's "Lets light up the season" incentive. Starts on November 18, 2024 and runs until December 18, 2024. Drawings for the winners will be on Friday December 20, 2024.

Here it is! Drawings will be held tomorrow morning Thursday Oct. 10th 2024 around 9:00 am for the green ticket & demo pick incentive we held this past summer. Congratulations to those tenants, who did receive numerous green tickets, this adds more chances for you to win as we noted in the beginning. Attention Leech Lake Housing Authority Tenants of Low Rent & Acquisition programs. Effective August 1, 2024 the Low Rent & Acquisition tenants will now be following the Tax Credit rent amounts, which should "reduce" your monthly rent.
Effective October 1, 2024 - Low Rent, Acquisition & Tax Credit units will have a minimum monthly rent charge of $50.00 ( so if your rent falls anywhere between $0.00- $49.00 you will now have to pay $50.00. Please get a hold of the Housing Services Team if you have any questions. * please share

Leech Lake Housing Authority and Leech Lake Homeless Resources Program phones are down at this time. We are working on the issue and are hoping that we will be up and running soon.
