Leech Lake OTP We can help start your journey to recovery We are a Medication Assisted Treatment Program. As part of your MAT Program we are outpatient addictions program.

We offer counseling, sober activities, groups, care coordination, cultural ceremonies and groups, and much more. We can provide transportation as well. To get started, all we need is a Assessment, which we can provide or accept a current Rule 25 Assessment. Call 218-335-4514 for an intake.
