Route: From the Diabetes Clinic to the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe building and back
Perks: Light snack and a stocking cap provided to all participants!

✅ Healthy snacks and a free t-shirt while supplies last!

Breast Cancer Walk/Run this Tuesday 10/21/25 at the Migizi walking trail. Registration starts at 8:30am. We hope to see you there. 😊

Another food rollout! This Friday at FDPIR building.

We are working to get a roll out in our outer communities coming soon! Keep your eyes peeled. Otherwise if you have any questions contact the numbers on the flyer. We have pantries in many of the outer communities, for those that cannot get into Cass.

We don't have the capacity to do individual deliveries and we apologize for this inconvenience. We are looking at different ways to work with community members and volunteers, but please be patient as the program is going through new changes!

We will have available: Red potatoes, onions, zucchinis, summer squash, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, string beans, snap peas, eggs, tomatoes, and chickens.
