Happy Monday everyone!

We want to invite you all out to celebrate our 1 year anniversary here at Barbell 13! We’re so proud of the community we have built and are continuing to build here. Hi everyone! For any of you who know us, we try to be proactive in the community and use our gym as an asset to help others. Our food pantry has helped so many families and we’re just so blessed to have the opportunity to help people & families in need. Today I’m posting because one of our members is in need of some help with her puppy.

Kashi has a rare condition with her eye in which is must be removed 😢. It’s a terrible thing she’s going through but her owner Sam is getting the procedure done for her tomorrow so she can be pain free and get back to a normal life. I’m asking anyone who has the means to help donate to Sam so we can help cover the $2000 surgery and help Kashi. Anything helps and even if you can’t afford to donate just say a prayer for Sam & Kashi so we can lift them up and give them the support they need in this difficult time. Thank you guys so much and as Sam updates us tomorrow I’ll be sure to update you as well. 🙏🏼
