Incorporating self-care into your daily routine can help manage stress, reduce illness risk, and boost energy. The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) emphasizes that even small acts of self-care can make a significant difference.

Here are some self-care tips to consider:

Exercise Regularly: A daily 30-minute walk can elevate mood and health. If needed, break it into shorter sessions.
Maintain a Healthy Diet and Hydration: Balanced nutrition and adequate water intake can enhance energy and focus. Be mindful of how caffeine and alcohol affect you.
Prioritize Sleep: Maintain a consistent sleep schedule and limit blue light exposure before bedtime.
