I have to admit, this break from hosting classes has been uncomfortable. For many years my day has included interacting in a zen atmosphere with some of my favorite people 💖 I'll be putting together a revised and improved early fall schedule- please message me if anyone has a location or time that would be ideal. I'm open to ideas. House yoga, park yoga, beach yoga, happy hour yoga 😁
