The Nordic Herbs & Healing Arts workshop was a resounding success, and I am deeply grateful to Gigi Risberg-Stafne, MH, ND, of Green Wisdom School of Natural & Botanical Medicine for the incredible sharing of stories, ancestral knowledge, and herbal wisdom rooted in the cultures of the North. 🌿❄️

The handcrafting, the sharing of meals and memories, the laughter, and the learning all made this a truly memorable gathering and I just want to say thank you to everyone who joined us here at the greenhouse!! 💚✨️

🌿✨ One week from today, I’ll be opening my greenhouse and gardens to celebrate the rich herbal traditions of the North with our Nordic Herbs and Healing Arts workshop!

I’m so excited to welcome Gigi Stafne, MH, ND and all of our workshop participants for two full days of immersion into Nordic culture, history, food, and herbal healing arts. Whether you carry Scandinavian roots or simply want to learn more about these traditions, this weekend offers both a deep dive into the North and practical ways to honor the flow from autumn’s harvest into winter’s cozy hygge restfulness.
