We’re excited to welcome a new wellness service to our building — Silent Echo Reiki, LLC
Reiki sessions will soon be available right here in our space beginning in April 🌿
Reiki is a gentle, relaxation-focused practice that helps support the body’s natural ability to rest, restore, and find balance. During a session, the practitioner uses light touch or holds their hands just above the body to encourage deep relaxation and a sense of calm.
Many people experience Reiki as a peaceful time to slow down, quiet the mind, and allow the body and nervous system to reset. Some also believe it helps the body’s natural energy flow more freely, supporting overall well-being.
People often seek Reiki for:• Stress and anxiety relief• Better sleep and relaxation• Emotional balance• Supporting the body’s natural healing process
In the middle of busy lives, it can be powerful to simply pause, breathe, and allow yourself a moment of restoration.
