Starting November 3rd, our Mobile Clinic will be traveling to communities across Southwest Michigan to provide quality, compassionate medical care — right where you are.

Our Mobile Clinic Director and provider, Nadzieja Pocheki, will lead the team alongside her dedicated medical assistant to serve you close to home.

October is Substance Use and Misuse Prevention Month!

This month aims to spread awareness and prevent substance
use and misuse. By spreading awareness, we can keep our communities a healthier and safer place, and help the people around us suffering from substance use disorder by encouraging them to take the next step to receive help.

Steve Meyer from Servpro generously donated 120 smoke detectors to be distributed throughout October in celebration of Fire Safety Month. The smoke detectors will be available at our Cass Family Clinic, Dowagiac location. If you or someone you love is in need of a working smoke detector, please stop by our newly opened Dowagiac clinic located at 57393 M-51 South, Dowagiac, MI, to see our new facility and pick up a smoke detector while you're there.
