Cass Family Clinic Serving 14,000 patients in Cass and Berrien Counties. CFCN began serving the community in 1964 with the mission to provide compassionate healthcare.

Cass Family Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary care, dental health, behavioral health, and pharmacy services at locations in Cassopolis, Dowagiac, and Niles. Cassopolis Family Clinic Network (CFCN) is an independent, Federally Qualified Health Center providing primary care, obstetrics and gynecology, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and healthcare enrollment assistance services for the communities of Cass and southeast Berrien Counties, Michigan. A patient-centered medical home, CFCN provides services for people who are uninsured, underinsured, covered by Michigan Medicaid and Medicare, along with most commercial insurances. Today, CFCN cares for nearly 13,000 patients annually between 5 locations in Cassopolis and Niles.

Notice: CFCN is not a walk-in clinic, rather, schedules appointments with an open access concept. A select number of appointments are open each day to allow for same day appointments on a first come, first served basis. Appointments fill up quickly and it is encouraged that patients call ahead to schedule appointments with a provider. Patients who walk-in without an appointment will be given an appointment time. CFCN staff continues to do their best to have each patient seen as quickly as possible. For information on locations and hours, head to www.cassfamilyclinic.org.

We’re excited to introduce Grace, our new virtual assistant who helps make calling the pharmacy faster and easier.

Grace can:
✅ Refill your prescriptions (pickup)
✅ Check prescription status
✅ Share refill counts & pharmacy hours
✅ Send refill requests to your doctor when needed

And remember — you can speak with our staff anytime. Grace will transfer you whenever you ask or if your question needs a pharmacist.
