Cass Family Clinic

Cass Family Clinic Serving 14,000 patients in Cass and Berrien Counties. CFCN began serving the community in 1964 with the mission to provide compassionate healthcare.

Cass Family Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary care, dental health, behavioral health, and pharmacy services at locations in Cassopolis, Dowagiac, and Niles. Cassopolis Family Clinic Network (CFCN) is an independent, Federally Qualified Health Center providing primary care, obstetrics and gynecology, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and healthcare enrollment assistance services for the communities of Cass and southeast Berrien Counties, Michigan. A patient-centered medical home, CFCN provides services for people who are uninsured, underinsured, covered by Michigan Medicaid and Medicare, along with most commercial insurances. Today, CFCN cares for nearly 13,000 patients annually between 5 locations in Cassopolis and Niles.

Notice: CFCN is not a walk-in clinic, rather, schedules appointments with an open access concept. A select number of appointments are open each day to allow for same day appointments on a first come, first served basis. Appointments fill up quickly and it is encouraged that patients call ahead to schedule appointments with a provider. Patients who walk-in without an appointment will be given an appointment time. CFCN staff continues to do their best to have each patient seen as quickly as possible. For information on locations and hours, head to www.cassfamilyclinic.org.

Our Niles dental location at 122 Grant Street, Niles, MI, is now closed. Starting September 8th, our Niles dental office will relocate to the former OBGYN wing in our Niles clinic, located at 1951 Oak Street, Niles, MI.

If you need to schedule an appointment before we open the dental office to patients, please call (269) 228-8500 to see openings at our Cassopolis dental office.

*Nothing will change for our dental patients other than the location change. The hours, phone number, and staff will stay the same.

We are excited to announce that our Dowagiac clinic will be open on Wednesday, September 3rd. We will be accepting new patients for our medical services, so if you are interested, please call (269) 390-1170 between 8am and 5pm.

We will also be offering behavioral health services starting October 22nd, and our pharmacy will open sometime between October and November to both patients and non-patients.

We are located at 57392 M-51 South, Dowagiac, MI 49047

We hope our new clinic will provide essential services that will improve the community's health and well-being.

To my patients at CFC,

What a journey these last three years have been! As I reflect on my time at CFC and complete my final weeks at the clinic, I wanted to thank you all for trusting me to take care of your babies, parents, coworkers, and friends. YOU! We have truly spent the last three years growing together. It has been a privilege getting to serve this community, one that I have grown to truly care about.

It is time to embark on a new adventure, but I urge you to continue to seek medical care despite my absence. Get those refills, establish with a new P*P, and don't give up what we've worked so hard to accomplish together.
