White Funeral Home in Cassville, Mo began offering Barry County families full traditional and cremation funeral services on July 1, 2006. "Our main goal is to treat families as we would want to be treated" said owner Skip White. "The biggest compliment a person can get is for a family to turn their l

oved one over to them at the time of death. We take that responsibility very seriously." White Funeral Home, Which is located east of Les Jacobs Ford on Sale Barn Road, features a 150 seat chapel, an arrangement room, a casket selection area, a spacious foyer, several offices and a community room. "We make planning the funeral process an easy, affordable, unique experience to honor our loved one." "Our new facilities offer a wide range of services available to all families we serve at no extra cost." White funeral Home offers a state-of-the-art digital audio-visual system, which will allow families to memorialize loved ones through photos, video and music. The funeral home can accommodate around 250 individuals by using the foyer area and the community room, which features a flat screen television that can be used to view the chapel area during funeral services. White Funeral Home is family owned and operated, with a private on-site crematory. "This will allow us to keep your family member on the premises for a greater peace of mind," said White. "We will also offer pet crematory services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. "We understand and have experienced the special bond that makes a pet a family member," said White. "This family member deserves to be treated with dignity when the time comes." White Funeral Home has also acquired a purchase and seller license, which allows the business to offer pre-arrangement plans. "We offer affordable pre-arrangement plans that remove the burden of decision making at the time of need," said White. "We also will honor any and all fully funded pre-arrangement plans made at any other funeral home. The transaction is simple and you can be assured you will not be contacted by your current provider." White Funeral Home also offers families an outdoor patio area, a large paved parking lot and bilingual services for the Spanish-speaking and Laotian-speaking community members. White is joined at White Funeral Home by his wife, Kathy. Skip White took great personal care in assembling a compassionate and experienced staff that will provide Barry County families with the dignified and respectful service. "This is a caring group that understands what we want and what is expected of them," said White. Skip White belongs to the state funeral directors association and has over 40 years of professional experience in the funeral arrangement business. He served as the Barry County Coroner for 16 years and is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas. No two lives are the same, and every story deserves to be told. Whether it’s a rancher who spent a lifetime on the land, a teacher who shaped young minds, or a neighbor known for their kindness, we believe every person leaves behind a legacy worth celebrating.

We take the time to listen, to learn, and to help families create services that truly reflect their loved one’s journey.
