Today, on World Ovarian Cancer Day, we stand together in hope, strength, and support for every woman and family impacted by this disease. 🩵🎗️
Ovarian cancer is often called the “silent disease,” yet knowing the symptoms and raising awareness can save lives. Early detection matters.
Bloating, abdominal pain and changes in bathroom habits are the 3 most common Ovarian Cancer symptoms. Feeling full quickly and exhaustion are the other. Some doctors use the acronym “BEACH” to help remember the common symptoms of ovarian cancer:
B – Bloating
E – Eating less or feeling full quickly
A – Abdominal or pelvic pain
C – Changes in bowel or bladder habits
H – Heightened fatigue
As we honor the fighters, survivors, angels, caregivers, and loved ones we carry in our hearts, we ask you to help us spread awareness by sharing this post and wearing teal proudly.
In memory of those we’ve lost. 🦋
In support of those still fighting. 👊🏼
In hope for a future with earlier detection, better treatments, and ultimately a cure. 🕵️🩺🩻
Together, we are stronger. 👯♀️🩵
