About me...
Hello, my name is Diana Cossairt and I have been a Radiologic Technologist/Mammographer for over 32 years. Working with Breast Cancer patients on a daily basis is what brought me to the world of Massage Therapy. Watching my patients deal with the struggles and life changing effects of Breast Cancer was/is something that is very hard for me to handle and I wanted to be able to reach out to them and be a part of their lives and be able to help aide them with achieving a better quality of life after Breast Cancer. Dealing with Lymphedema and any type of pain is a very heart breaking and challenging process. I wanted to help bring back a better quality of life to all that suffer from pain of any kind whether it be from trauma, stressed muscles, tight fascia or just poor posture. Once I achieved my LMT I knew I had entered a world of modalities that would brighten the world of many. It was then that I fell in love with Massage Therapy and all that it can bring to the lives of others. I have spent many hours training in multiple modalities that bring many benefits to my clients. I will always be seeking more knowledge and training as time goes by to keep up to date with the new discoveries of Massage Therapy. I also have my CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) and use this knowledge along with my pre-evaluation of my client and post instructions of the massage/treatment session. I have completed my studies and now have my Certified Reflexologist and will be offering Reflexology sessions. I have completed training in MLD and in Cupping therapies and will be offering sessions. I have completed training in Yoga and will be offering Practical Yoga for specific issues such as stress, pregnancy, fibromyalgia and much more. I love to work with the fascia and will be offering Fascia Blasting sessions as well. I am very excited to have the opportunity to bring my version of all these modalities to my clients. It is my honor to serve you all.
