This is Jan Elliott, former owner of Best Choice Primary Care. As most of you know I have been working at other clinics since 2021. I now want to announce that I will be providing primary care at Health 2010 proudly becoming part of the team of Internal Medicine specialists Dr. Uvair Mushtag, Dr. Mushtag,
Dr. Mansoor and Dr. Fiazuddin. The clinic is in the Stone Oak area and is opening on November 7th, 2023. I look forward to seeing any of my previous patients who have been searching for me or for a primary care provider. I do not have telephone numbers or exact location but will update this post when I do have that information.

Hi, this is Jan Elliott owner and Nurse Practitioner at Best Choice Primary Care, 5525 Blanco Road. Cathy, Sarah and I are committed to providing quality and compassionate care to you during this time of crisis in our nation. Covid 19 has all of us on high alert, so but we are making changes in the way we provide care to protect our patients and staff. It is so important that we do our best to stay calm.
