Kay is the name of the bright spot on the moon for me. Kay, Katie, Kay Ellen, Mom, Momma, my bestie. I watched her suffer a horrible disease-corticobasilar degeneration. She is my why….why I try to promote increasing healthspan, putting more life in our years. She was a fierce momma/friend/generous and loving human.

This is how we lunch at RRH, after a well balanced meal😬lunch time stack is inhaled hydrogen and IV infusion of amino acids, it’s what’s for “dinner” as the zen is like no other. The nervous system takes a deep breath after high vagal tone (check your HRV) and can lean into the feeling of a collective sigh without feeling sedated or agitated.
