Three years ago, this patient’s life changed in an instant. A severe stroke left his entire left side paralyzed, he couldn’t lift a finger, take a step, or do any of the things that once filled his days with purpose.
Since then, he’s walked through our doors week after week, year after year, trusting the process and giving everything he had to physical therapy. We’ve watched him fight for every single milestone, from the first twitch of movement in his fingers to standing, stepping, and walking again.
There were setbacks, frustrations, and moments that would make anyone want to quit, but he never did. His determination has been unwavering.
Today, he’s walking on his own. He can shovel snow, perform weighted squats, and even get back to hunting, living life on his own terms again.
The same man who once couldn’t move his arm or leg now moves through life with strength and purpose. His story reminds us every day what’s possible when you combine expert care, consistency, and an unshakable belief that healing takes time, but it’s always worth it. 🥹🙏🏼
