Our Stronger Minds: Teen Anxiety Group (ages 12–15) is a safe, supportive space where teens can:
✅ Share their experiences with peers who “get it”
✅ Learn practical coping skills to manage anxiety
✅ Build confidence through connection
✅ Discover they’re not alone in what they’re feeling

We saw this trend and had to jump on it 👏 because these shifts are exactly what we focus on with kids and families every day.

This summer wasn’t about doing everything “right.” It was about slowing down, connecting, and remembering what really matters for our kids. 💛

This week, our young wizards brewed up Professor Snape’s Secret Sludge—a magical (and messy!) potion designed to boost executive functioning, sensory processing, and social collaboration. From following multi-step directions to sharing ingredients and ideas, every moment was packed with fun, teamwork, and learning.

Because sometimes, a little slime is the perfect spell for growth. 💚🪄💬
