Jolly Junk is seeking an entry-level applicant who is interested in assisting with the day-to-day operations of a small locally owned business; especially as it relates to facilities management and general administration. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, professional individual capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to those willing to grow with the company and take on managerial tasks as interest and need permits.
Responsibilities
Perform duties associated with facilities management; to include: answering phones, greeting clients, collecting mail, shipping packages, ordering office supplies, flexible and adaptable, etc.
Assist with general administration duties; to include: calendaring, travel arrangements, expense entry, filing, maintaining firm contact, and client lists, etc.
Facilitate IT requests, such as: equipment ordering, scheduling, equipment set-up, and general troubleshooting, etc.
Qualifications
1+ years of relevant work experience
Ability to work 20-40 hours / week
Excellent academic credentials
Strong interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits
$17 - $19 / hour based on experience
Medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage after 90 days
Other incentives include bonuses, free merchandise, etc.

- $18/hour + tips & incentives (most average $26/hr all-in)

Jolly Junk is an essential service. We have adjusted our service model to a “No Contact Junk Removal Service”. We take measures to ensure our team members have access to the recommended precautions and enforce our safety focus areas of healthy teams, physical distance, safety equipment & training, and empowering our people and customers to refuse or reschedule service.

What you’ll get:

Complete training - Must have experience (demolition, construction, working with power tools, handyman, etc.) We look for dependability, heart, and a strong work ethic.
Up to a $2 pay increase within your 1st 90 days based on performance
Competitive pay - Start at $18/hr and could be making $20/hr in 90 days + tips and incentives. Most see this averaging $20/hr (all-in)!
Flexible schedules – We are open 6 days a week. Must be able to work at least 2 to 4 shifts per week
Lots of variety - You’re out in the community with the crew helping clients with their projects. The days are interesting and keep you moving.
Great team - We’re out, having fun, working hard, and putting jolly smiles on our customers’ faces.
Physical work - Yes, you will be moving various non hazardous items, but you’ll have everything you need to do it safely. The work is physical, so you can skip the gym - we’ve got you covered.
Prior moving experience is a plus!
