Another success story. MAT works! Rahul came to me with some painful issues. Four sessions later, he is a completely new man. He smiles more broadly, walks more lightly, and moves more stealthily. Another trail success story. Chris was having knee issues. Our hike pounded his knees- he typically wears a knee brace. The interesting thing about knees is they are typically the symptom point, not the problem. I worked on hammies, quads, hip rotators, and calf muscles. Viola! The knee didn’t hurt anymore. MAT works!

I am backpacking in Montana and this guy tells me his neck hurts and has had tension headaches for months. A few cervical muscle tests and muscle treatments later- viola! He got up moved his head around with no pain and has not had a headache in five days.

This client is “as stiff as a 2x4,” or so his wife says. Today when he came in he could barely bend over. He still can’t quite touch his toes, but after a 50 minute session he moved about 5” further down. Next step is to get him symmetrical. MAT works! Give it a try! Are you drinking enough water everyday? Your body is a water reservoir and your muscles are 70-75% water. If your muscles are dry, they won’t work properly. Water is like lotion to your muscles. If you want your muscles to be flexible and movable, l**e them up with some water everyday. Experts say to drink half your body weight in ounces a day. You can do it! Make it a new habit.
