Because today feels extra hard……

Once again, it feels challenging to imagine thriving in the midst of fear, however that this is what is being asked of us. We are being asked to remember who we truly are, to remember our Divine nature and our interconnectedness. What happens to one impacts us all. We are not separate, rather we are One.

Now, more than ever, is the time to stand within our own sacred truth. To stand in the Light and shine brightly so that others can find their way. What is grown in the depths of the darkness cannot survive in the Light.

Allow the tears and emotions to flow freely. Hold sacred space for all the feelings and choose to anchor yourself in unconditional love. Choose unconditional love again and again.

Choose unconditional love over fear.
Choose unconditional love over hate.
Choose unconditional love over scarcity.
Choose unconditional love over ignorance.

I choose love. I send love. I am love.
