Sunshine, fresh air, and a new week with our village ahead! ☀️

We’re back outside for classes this week and ready to soak up some fresh air together. Please be sure to check the app for class locations, as we’ll be rotating between our outdoor spots. There’s nothing better than moving our bodies, letting the kids play, and starting the day with an amazing group of moms.

Also, a little heads up for our expecting mamas (or if you have a pregnant friend!) — our next FIT4BABY session starts March 22. This program is designed specifically for pregnancy, helping moms stay strong, prepare for delivery, and connect with other expecting moms in the community.
