Sozo Integrative Health We are located near the AMC movie theater in the Meadows in beautiful Castle Rock, Colorado. Hello and welcome. We are Dr. Joe and Lauren Schmitt.

We are a team in every sense of the word and we are dedicated to serving you. We met in college and have been on a mission since we were dating. A life changing experience with chiropractic care set the course for our life and our vision of the future became crystal clear. We knew we had to give what was given to us, HOPE. The focus of our state-of-the-art practice is to help practice members and their families function at the highest level possible. We believe human beings are designed to be extraordinary. It is our desire to serve and equip our community with better health strategies through drug-free neurologically-based health care. We understand the body can heal and restore itself naturally when functioning properly. By supporting it with gentle specific chiropractic care, a greater expression of life and overall health can be achieved.
