When the social media girl says, “I have a new reel idea”….and suddenly the entire team votes NO. 📝

Working at Sozo means helping patients feel amazing….and occasionally being forced into our social media content. 😅

You got your full eight hours, yet when your alarm goes off, your body feels locked in position. Your neck is tight, your back aches, and it takes ten minutes of moving around before you feel remotely human.

Low testosterone in women can affect more than energy — it can impact how your brain functions, too.

Testosterone plays an important role in executive function, which helps control things like focus, organization, motivation, and mental clarity.

When levels are low, many women may notice symptoms like:
• Brain fog
• Difficulty concentrating
• Low motivation
• Fatigue
• Mood changes
• Feeling mentally “scattered”

Hormones are often overlooked when it comes to cognitive health, but they can play a major role in how you feel day to day.

If you’ve been experiencing these symptoms, it may be time to take a closer look at your hormones.

Call or message us to schedule a consultation with Jill at 720-390-5757.

Did you know testosterone plays an important role in a woman’s brain health?

Testosterone helps support executive function — the part of the brain responsible for focus, decision-making, organization, and mental clarity. When levels are balanced, many women notice improvements in energy, motivation, and cognitive performance.

Hormones impact more than we think — and brain health is a big piece of the puzzle. 🧠

If you’ve been struggling with brain fog, low energy, or difficulty focusing, it may be worth looking deeper at your hormones.

Call or message us to schedule a consultation with Jill at 720-390-5757.

At Sozo, we absolutely love caring for our pediatric patients. From babies to growing kids, chiropractic care helps support healthy development by ensuring the spine and nervous system are functioning the way they were designed to.

Kids experience a lot as they grow — birth, learning to crawl and walk, sports, falls, backpacks, and everything in between. These everyday moments can place stress on the spine and nervous system.

Gentle pediatric chiropractic adjustments help support proper alignment, movement, and nervous system function so their bodies can grow, heal, and adapt the way they’re meant to.

Starting chiropractic care at a young age helps build a strong foundation for lifelong health. And honestly… our tiny patients are some of our very favorites. 🤍

If you’ve been thinking about having your child checked, we’d love to care for them. Call or message us to schedule.

Corrective Care vs. Wellness Care 👇

Corrective Care is for when something hurts.
Low back pain. Injury. Tension.

It’s more frequent because we’re stabilizing, stopping further damage, and helping your body heal.

Wellness Care comes after.
It’s preventative. It maintains the progress you made and keeps your body functioning at its best.

Repair first. Then protect. 💙

Not sure where you fall? We’ll help you figure it out.

What is one supplement or wellness tool you can’t live without? 👇

For me, it’s the gym.

Moving my body first thing in the morning is my reset button. It clears my head, helps me process, and sets the tone for my entire day. When I start my morning at the gym, I feel mentally sharp, grounded, and ready for whatever comes my way.

It’s not just about physical strength — it’s about mental clarity. That time is mine. It helps me show up better for my patients, my team, and the people I love.

It doesn’t have to be complicated — it just has to be intentional. For me, that looks like weights, movement, and starting my day strong.

Your turn: What’s one wellness tool you can’t live without? 💙

It’s 2 or 3 PM, and right on schedule, that familiar tension builds at the base of your skull. You reach for pain relievers, assuming it’s stress or eye strain. But what if your recurring afternoon headaches aren’t starting in your head at all?

Another 5-star review?

Cue the grand entrance. ⭐️

Around here, excellence is expected… but we’ll still celebrate it.
