How beautiful is it that we have the FREEDOM to choose how to move our bodies! The FREEDOM to say Yes! Or No! The FREEDOM to choose new opportunities! WARRIOR Rhythm is a format that gives you lots of freedom to “Come as you are!” To show up and be YOU! You can catch a WARRIOR Rhythm class with Jenny every Tuesday at 7:15p and Saturday at 9am!
