Always know what you’re eating!
I used to eat Chick-fil-A several times a week for lunch. It's been well over 15 years since I’ve sunk my teeth into those waffle fries...but wow, I remember how good they can be!
I don't eat them anymore because they are cooked in oil treated with the defoaming ingredient “Dimethylpolysiloxane”, which is the main ingredient in SILLY PUTTY 🤢
It was also commonly used in silicone breast implants, before these were phased out.
There have been no major studies conducted on the safety of this chemical in food since it was approved by the FDA in 1998.
Now, I wouldn’t consider eating at Chick-fil-A because of all the shady ingredients they use. But I’m not depriving myself! I firmly believe that if you love to eat something, you can figure out how to make it at home with healthy ingredients. That way you can have your cake (or waffle fries!) and eat it too!
